How do I get rid of this under arm fat on the top of my arms?
I'm trying to tone up for summer. I'm not big and I have no problem getting everything else to tone up but for some reason my arms never change no matter what I do. I know you can't spot train, but I run, do the dips, push-ups, all of the weight exercises that everyone recommends for your arms and still nothing. So every time I try to wear a tank top or any kind of short sleeve shirt, the sleeves make my arms look like the circulation is being cut off from them. When I move my arms the fat, or bat wing, is huge and is disgusting. Someone please give me some good advice on getting rid of the underarm fat at the top of my arms because I've tried everything and nothing seems to work! Thanks!
you wanna do weights that work your tricep. Google some exercises. There is one that you can do by straightening your arms above your head holding the weight (the weight doesn't matter how heavy, repetitions are what matter) bend your arm so that the weight touches the back of your shoulder and bring back up. Do these slowly so that you control the weight and do 10-12 three times daily.
