in the trailer it shows a swat team getting shot at in some type of officse building or something. The commercial said that it was only coming out in select theatres.... it looks totally badass and im tryna figure out what it is....

Quite sure your talking about The Raid: Redemption. It takes place in an apartment complex. i had just seen this movie, so that's why i believe so.
