Should I get a tummy tuck or a hernia repair?

After my second child (11lb 2 oz) I have recti diastisis and an umbilical hernia. Before the 2nd pregnancy I had a six pack. Since the second birth I have worked out nonstop (insanity, p90x, turbofire, p90x2). I can't loose the pooch and it's making me crazy. I eat clean and workout 6 days a week.

While others may disagree, vanity is a vice. Any surgical procedure done for aesthetic reasons only is an invitation for a disaster, and you may decide that staph wound infections, sepsis, scars, and pain are not worth it. If you insist on surgical intervention, it is best to leave the surgical approach to the surgeon who actually examines you. This might be a general surgeon or a plastic surgeon. They will choose the procedure they believe has the best chance of resolving your problem.
As an aside, I have seen a number of individuals who have had bad results from "aesthetic surgery". I do not recommend it for anyone, as the risks outweigh the benefits. Good luck!
