I know is all mental, but i don't know however if this is just a phase that i'm going threw, or how to work threw it? I have come so far can not give up now, but i feel hesitant or discouraged almost.

Like with dealing with any addiction, the craving tends to come back. The main way to deal with this is just resisting it. If you think you will overeat, just do some exercise. Exercise makes you lose appetite for some time. Also drink some water. Your are so close to your goal, that would be very sad if you left it go and gaines back your old weight.
However this situation might show what will happen after you reach your goal. Therefore it is important to work on some good habits to keep yourself in shape in long term. Activity and balanced diet is a goal for rest of your life not just till your lose some pounds.

You're probably just so close to your goal that your resolve is weakening. If you've started eating badly again, just do your best not to do it again. Keep at it, and you'll get there soon. Maybe tell a few people that you're almost to your weight goal, and that will keep you from eating badly because you know that people are watching you (you could ask a friend to yell at you for eating candy or something like that). Don't get discouraged!
