If you were a recovering...Addict what would you do?

I have been recovering from my addiction for a few months, but lately my withdraws seem too extreme to ignore. Is it okay/beneficial to go back, just one time, on my addiction? Will that help? Or will it just make me want more? Will it calm the withdraws and make it easier to move on?

    No.

PLease talk to your doctor and your sponsor. Withdrawals can be helped through medicine and other methods...with it why you need to be in treatment.
