We have 40 acres and turned it int something nice tell me if this is ok we have a 3 stall barn my besties horse will also be there ! We have 1 large 8 acre pasture and 2 small 1 acre pasture for grazing as well as a 1 acre riding ring and then the rest is fenced in for walking and trails ! The space you have sounds great for stuff that you need, there is just so, so much, but I will write out as much as I can (I think you mean specifically like what is in a first aid kit, grooming kit etc.):
Grooming Kit:
Shedding Blade
Hard Brush
Soft Brush
Curry Comb
Hoofpick
Blanket (Optional, depends on horse)
Sweat Scraper
Brush for mane and tail
Shampoo + Conditioner
First Aid Kit:
Gauze
Thermometer
Vetwrap
Fly spray
Something like vaseline
Tape
Something to stop light bleeding temporarily ( We use wonderdust)
Betadine or something like it
There are certain products you can look up and try to find something similar based on where you live like:
Green Cool
Blue Lotion
Hibitane
Equipment:
Halter
Lead Rope
Extra halter and lead rope (Maybe one rope halter and one normal halter)
Blanket (Optional, depends on the horse)
Lunge whip (Not to hit with just to make noise with :-P )
Bridle
Saddle
Saddle Pad
Fly Mask
Lunge Line
Water Buckets
Maybe a heater for the water buckets so they don't freeze like ours used to in the winter
Feed:
Figure out exactly what you want to feed before the horse gets there, but here are some options:
Choice of Hay
Commercial Grain
Beet Pulp
Alfalfa Cubes
I would definitely recommend a salt and mineral block
Girth or Cinch
I'll probably edit this a lot with things that I forgot. Don't forget about the other costs like farrier and vet visits. I don't know if you have a trailer??
Don't forget about you as well, this depends on if you show and everything so I will just do all I can think of:
Riding Boots
Helmet
Preferably safety stirrups
Gloves
Half Chaps or Chaps
Breeches or Jeans
Riding Jacket if you show

-various pastures and paddocks
-small first aid kit in Case of emergencies (bandages, med. tape, etc. ) no need to overdo it.
-outdoor shelter? Just a roof and 2-3 walls if it's bad weather or windy. (optional)
- salt blocks around the pasture (1 or 2)
- buckets!!! For grain!
Think:
How will they get water when out?
Where will the hay be?
What If it's horrible weather?
What about injuries?
Do I have enough $ for vet?
Blankets/horse coats for winter?
Hope it helps, I'm not an EXPERT

Stuff like this scares me. If you have to ask...
An emergency kit.
blankets for winter
water buckets
heated water buckets for winter
shavings
pitchforks
buckets for manure
hay racks (optional)
lead lines
halters
grain buckets
salt blocks
hay
grain
treats
grooming equipment
the vets number in the barn on hand
and so, so much more that you'll end up collecting over the next few years.
