Can you get deseases or in fections from masturbating ?

So I have masturbated for about two dozen times and yesterday I found little wounds on my penis, now they're forming scabs. Just really want to know anything bad about masturbating, if you can get infection or deseases. This is really serious and I would really like a doctor to give me some mature advice.

Without any sex.

I just found two bumps on my left arm
Does that have anything to do with this?

Nope, you have nothing to worry about, it is completely safe and the only way to get infections this way is to have sex or oral sex with someone infected, so stick to mastubation, it is best!

No you won't but you may be over doing it a little if this is an everyday thing. Also, use a lubricant if you're not.
