It depends on your phone provider but if your mother is paying for the bill, she has access to an online account that has all of the information like billing, charges, downloads and a message archives. T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Sprint/AT&T have it for sure. Im not sure about the others though. These are accessed through an account on the providers main page. You just need the login info to get to it, which im sure your mother has.

your mom installed a bug into your phone that sends your texts to her because it is hard wired into the sim card. what you need to do is take some rubbing alcohol and submerge the sim card and battery together, the alcohol doesn't work the same way as water because it is more dense and doesn't get into circuitry. the batteries used in all phones made after 1986 is a lithium ion battery that will iodize the alcohol and repolarize the bug on the sim card to send the texts back to yourself instead of your mom. i had to do this to two of my phones because my parents wanted to see what i was texting my girlfriend, eventually they just thought that i broke up with her and stopped texting.

Texts how, cellphone or via a computer?

You can get your wireless carrier to send you a copy of every text message sent/received on a phone on your plan. I know you can do that with ATT anyway.

With a computer there are a number of different software applications that can be used to silently log every message, then even email them if you want.

Regardless, for legal reasons everything you do online (be it Internet or cellphone) is logged by the respective service provider. Everything you do online can be recovered.

Net content (e-mails, HTML, texts, etc...) is FOREVER, you (typically) cannot completely erase it....when you "delete" a text all you are REALLY doing is removing the 'signposts' that point to where it is at...anyone who knows how to find those signposts can see everything...

Your Mom must be pretty cool if she's smart enough to have figured that out....Go Mom!

she probably has your texts sent through to her phone, using perhaps some app/software. you should speak to her and explain how you think it is an invasion of privacy.

Maybe she has your text messages sent to a gmail or google email ? this guy did that to his ex girlfriend. Check if there is a special/new app on your cell.
