Easy foods to make from Spain?

In Spanish we are having a food party with foods from all the major Spanish speaking countries. Anyone know some easy, cheap, foods to make or buy?

you can make a dip with chips, refrito bean dip with tostitos would be mexican, u can do my favorite cielito lindo it is a cream cheese base topped with mild tostitos salsa topped with lettuce and tomatoes and cheddar cheese served with tostitos chips soo good

to make the refrito bean dip, buy the taco bell (or any really) refrito bean can in the tacos section and in a pan put a bit of olive oil put the refrito beans in add some small diced onions some seasoning let it simmer a bit then it's done! u can finish it off by putting some cheddar cheese on top

I think Spain dishes are a bit more elaborated because they are tapas, which can be calamari, mushrooms filled with ham cooked in olive oil, boiled potatoes witha garlic mayo sauce, they do have like fried things like ham croquettes which you can order from a spanish cafeteria you know like those from Spain, but it could be more expensive

good luck xo

Spanish rice (also known as Mexican rice) is really tasty. This is a good recipe for it:

Buy plenty of salsa and chips too. Tapas are popular in Spain and this would be a large platter filled with serrano ham, cheese, olives and other snacks like that. Have some toothpicks on the side so people don't have to use their fingers, and some napkins too.

Bread with aioli is nice. Although aioli is traditionally made with garlic (ai) and oil (oli) you can make a very nice garlic mayonnaise by mincing some garlic and stirring it into mayonnaise until the flavor is to your liking. Serve this with the bread.

A typical Spanish salad, if you want to make one, is a bed of lettuce leaves, topped with olives, canned tuna, canned corn, tomatoes and grated carrot, served with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
