I cracked the screen of my phone and I'm getting it replaced with insurance, will I still have all my data?

My phone is an iPhone, my phone company is Verizon. By data, I mean, on my new phone will all my pictures and messages and contacts and apps be on it, is that all stored on the SIM card? If not, can I request everything to be transferred over to my new phone?

Additional Details

Ok, Thanks! And, i'm not sure what you mean by "research" my phone. It still works, there are just cracks on the screen.. LOL.
Also, to the other person, I'm most worried about messages because I have some important ones that I need to have on my phone. I know that apps and songs can be accessed from iTunes, and all my pictures are on my photo stream, but it would just be easier if all of it could be transferred onto my new phone.

I'm pretty sure that all of your data will be stored on your SIM card. Hopefully, you still have you're SIM card with you. If that doesn't work (which is unlikely to happen), you can request to have your phone researched and maybe, they'll find your data. I'm not really of a phone expert, but I'm pretty sure your data will be stored on your SIM card. Best of luck!

iPhone data gets saved to iTunes. I am not 100% sure about contacts tho cuz I got an iPod. But I know if I was to restore it, I could get all the apps and stuff back.
