Do women actually get raped on subways in Japan?

So I've been watching hentai recently (don't ask why I've been bored alot), and I see a lot of girls getting raped on the subways secretly. I know in some cases cartoons in one's nation some how reflects the society, so I thought that maybe this actually happens in Japan.

Is it true? And If I go to Japan on a subway and look around would I see a guy raping a girl?

Anonymously groped and fondled yes, but there usually isn't enough room on a crowded train for anything more outrageous. Not common, but a concern just the same.
