What is the current cost per sqm of a new single storey house?

floor area - 100 sq., 3 bedrooms, 2 T&B, 1 car garage, kitchen, living room, dining area, porch. Lot area in 500 sqms.

asking for cost per sq. meter might imply you are not in the U.S. it would be most helpful if you said where you are. i can quote rough U.S. costs, but that too is regional. Also, a square is 100 sq. ft. A floor plan of 100 squares is 10,000 sq. ft., yet you say the lot is 500 sq. meters, which is ( 9sq, ft/ sq yd) only approx 4500 sq. ft. something is wrong here, disregarding my not converting meters to yards.
