yes it,s good for atmosphere and it,s help to save ozone from pollution.Ozone is a molecule consisting of three joined oxygen atoms. The oxygen we breathe has just two atoms. According to the manufacturers of ozone generators.

Ozone (O3) has a third atom of Oxygen as opposed to pure Oxygen which has two atoms (O2).
This third atom is easily detachable, so at sea level it readily combines with other elements and compounds.
The Ozone will therefore not reach the Ozone layer.
O3 in any case is not supportive of animal life, if you were in a room and there was only Ozone to breathe you would die, as indeed strangely enough you would if the room only contained pure Oxygen.
