How to get bigger biceps (see description)?

I'm a guy and i dont have any equipment (machines, dumbbells, gym). I have a floor and a wall.

Additional Details

I'm not strong enough yet to do pull-ups, but I could curl 25 lbs at Target.

Two thirds of your arm consists of your triceps. So it's important to train your triceps and biceps for bigger arms.

For biceps try different pull up variations (overhand grip, underhand grip, mixed grip, rope pull ups). One of the best bicep exercises is pulling rope. Just attach a rope to a heavy object that you can pull towards you.

For triceps try different push up variations (close grip, wide grip, neutral grip, decline). For increased resistance do push ups with blast straps. Blast straps can easily be made at home. Dips are also a very good exercise for the triceps.

For increased resistance during pull ups and dips, attach a weighted object on your body with a rope.

You don't need equipment. Pushups are best. If you want muscle mass, instead of just tone and definition, you need to do them very, very slowly, until you get a burning sensation in your arms. Keep going until you can't even do one more pushup (muscle failure). This sends a signal to the body to build muscle mass. If you do it slow enough, you should be able to get there in about 10 to 15 pushups each morning. If you can do more than that, you're going too fast. You will be sore for the first day or so. After that, it's like a "good pain" and any soreness goes away quickly. BTW - Good diet doesn't hurt.

You can lift weights all damned day - but when you get done they're still in the same place.

Try doing something constructive. There's no better exercise than manual labor.

(Also, here's a hint: The only thing that's going to get "big" whilest you're wasting your time on the internet is your head.)
