Emotional Freedom Technique?

Question

Is it just me or does EFT seem like anyone could learn how to do it in 10 min? I don't have much knowledge about it but it seems so easy, why pay someone $100.00/hr to do a session?

As you may well understand, reasons vary why someone would pay another skilled EFT practitioner to receive help with their issues being addressed.

The locations of the tapping points can be learned in under 60 seconds, but it is on what and how you focus while tapping these points that can be tricky. I find that these so-called "tail enders" are the troublemakers in releasing and/or attracting issues. Dealing with these "tail enders" effectively in EFT should speeden up the healing process.
