I've been craving this all week, what do I do?

I've been dieting for a month, lost 17 pounds, now since last week I've been craving french fries like crazy. Ofcourse I haven't eaten it as that counts as cheating...

What do I do?

Do anything it takes to distract yourself. Take a shower, do your nails, much on ice/chew gum (it tricks your body into thinking that it's consuming food) go for a walk, etc. Drink water/have a cup of herbal tea, that fills you up. Think of other things non food related. Clean. Just manage to find a way to avoid French fries.

    It's ok to cheat once in a while. However don't constantly keep going back to them. I suggest eatt whatever you want, 1 day a month. It'll calm your cravings and won't affect your fitness.
