Ok who makes this fake knife?

Question

I saw a magician/special effects artist today and he showed me this knife, and it looked completly real except it was dull and when he cut it on my arm the blade made a groove and made it look like it was actually slicing my arm and fake blood appeared at the cut as well. He told me what company made it, but I forgot what it was. Does anybody else know??
