30 is the length around your torso, it doesn't really have to do with boob size. If you have a wider torso, the number will be higher. The actual boob size is the A. You can't really do much about that. There are things that say they will make them bigger, but in all honesty, I have not heard of any single type of product working, nor natural remedy. The only way to actually increase your breast size is by surgery. But if you can't have surgery, many girls buy bras that have a little extra padding, or sometimes a lot of extra padding. It's not stuffing, and not even obvious. I know places like victoria secret sell bras that you insert packs into the actual fabric, no one would even know. Besides that, pushup bras do help.

As far as your ACTUAL boob size, the only thing I know that makes them huge is implants or pregnancy! But believe me, neither is necessary just to get bigger boobs!!! HOWEVER, Victoria's Secret can help. They have awesome push up bras; my favorites are the Incredible, Angels push up, and the Miraculous push up.

I am really not sure about this. but my grandma is always like eat onions, it helps you get bigger boobs. never really tried it but i guess it is worth a shot. i am going to try soon and see if it works, you could try to. i think my grandma's sister did it and now she has huge boobs, like realllly big and none of her sisters have boobs like that. but then agaiinn, she is sorta fat. ugh i donno just try it. if that doesn't work just buy pushup bras

Cheap way: Push-ups make them perkier and bustier.
Expensive way: Hormones.
On the bright side, older women with larger breasts will sag more while you will still look fine!
