Main ingredients in eyelash and eyebrow tint?

What are the main ingredients in eyelash and eyebrow tint? I've googled it and I cant find a straight answer and also what is the liquid you mix the tint with, is it hydrogen peroxide? Thanks in advance :)

I've seen Toddlers & Tiaras's mom last night, did this to her little girl, and I was just sitting there with my mouth wide open!

That's why someone invented eyebrow pencils. If you want to change the color of your eyebrows, shave them, then line them with eyebrow pencils.
