I need a private forum for my employees to ask questions and show concerns anonymously so that we can resolve a few little known issues...

I wasnt exactly clear on what Im looking for. I want others who login to the forum to see the questions asked/ concerns brought up.

An online forum? Install phpBB or other forum software on a web server and allow guest posting.
