GIRLS: Would you understand if a guy you broke up with unfriended you from Facebook?
I dated the most amazing girl for the last 6 months, but 2 weeks ago she ended things very abruptly due to her feeling "confused" and feeling as though "something was missing". To top it off, she told me she had been on a few dates with other guys.
In the heat of the moment, I unfriended her from Facebook so that I would not be checking her page every 2 minutes, and so that I wouldn't have to see pictures of her with some other dude. She said she'd call me to better explain why she did what she did, but all I've gotten is a "thinking of you" text.
My question is this: Will I ever hear from her again? I feel bad about the Facebook thing - it was impulse, and I was very upset. Do you think she took it personally, and now won't reach out?

I don't think it was wrong to delete her. Facebook isn't the center of the universe. I did the same thing when I was broken up with because I know how obsessive I can be. And in order to help myself move on, I deleted this person. It helped a lot actually. I was told that it was immature to do that, but honestly I didn't care. Sometimes you just need to focus on what's right for you. Give her space. Maybe that's all she needs: time to miss you.
