What do i do about shaving, tucking, etc?

i may be a transgenderist or just a gay crossdresser who wants to look like a female. I haven't came out yet but i want to somehow give off a feminine vibe. I don't know how to say this but i can't wait. When i shave, the stubble grows fast. It is gives off a shadow and the shaving twice in two days gives me damn ingrown hairs. I tried to control my weight to lose weight so i could have a slim figure. I am not sure what i am. I am male and attracted to boys but i want to look like a girl. I don't want breast or a vagina. Can you help me? No hate comments, please.

Look into electrolysis for the hair growth. It may be expensive but you should get a long term answer. Search on the internet.
