Good heat sink for an intel i5 2400@3.1ghz?

hello, i recently upgraded and my core temperature average is 50-55 degrees Celcius. that seems abit too much for me and im only running 65 processes. im going to be playing battlefield with this stock intel cooler and im wondering if i should buy an aftermarket heat sink.
its an 1155 socket and i dont want that costs more than 30$.
so any good heat sinks under 30 dollars that will lower these temperatures?

I have been recommended with these coolers:

They are the best rated on Newegg. Plus with free shipping and the ZALMAN has a rebate you can't go wrong. I don't personally own one of these but I will soon. I am just in the process or doing some research on which one will be good for my computer. I order from Newegg a lot and they haven't disappointed me with anything. Hope this helps!
