A hypothetical question for a story. What would you do?

If you had two friends that you trust completely and they have abilities. While they were getting training to defend themselves what would you do? You are also involved because the enemy knows about you and will use you to get to your friends. What would you be doing while they are getting training?

Additional Details

You don't have powers. So you wouldn't stand a chance against the enemy that looms over them.

Figure out ways to evade or mislead the enemy so they'll have trouble tracking you. Create a false identity for yourself and change familiar habits. Gather some disguises. Scout hiding places and alternate forms of communication. Once you have informed your trusted friends of your plan, and develop a strategy for mutual support and protection if needed, avoid contact with them so as not to inadvertently lead the enemy to them.
