A woman is biologically programmed to find a mate than can provide safety for her and her offspring. And a man's looks have absolutely nothing to do with this.

Most don't.
Even some of the shallowest of teenage girls don't (to an extent). Everyone eventually go for qualities and personality in the end. Looks are just a bonus.
