Does the Canadian Visa Database have access to the US/UK/Schengen Visa Databases?

Question

I overstayed my F-1 visa (USA). Would the Canadian Consulate know about it? I have another passport now- my old one with American Student Visa has expired.

I guess they will ask about your history , the problem is how deep they are gonna dig .

You have a new passport, your personal details haven't changed - you are still XY born on ABC living at DEF with parents G & H

It is the person who overstayed not the passport

When they log your details they will know you have overstayed
