During a well child exam ?

Can i ask for a female doctor and when she does the exam will she look below my belt and examine my penis and balls.... becuz my penis skin is 2 colors and I do not no if thats normal. And also I have this spot on the head... will she check that if I bring it up. And also what happens if I get a hard on... will she call my parents.... i am so worried

She'll examine anything you tell her i'd be guessing, and if you do become erect (which i don't think you will. Anytime i had my genitals examined i was to nervous to get a hard on) but if you do she wont call your parents. You'll just be pretty embarssed, thats it though, good look man.

You can ask for what ever kind of doctor you feel comfortable with. That doesn't mean you will get the one you want!

A well exam typically consists of just a general check up. If you are concerned about your penis then you should bring it up. However, they will typically have a male either check you or have a male or relative present in the room with you for insurance and legal reasons.

Your penis being two different colors is nothing to worry about. If you are circumcised then that would probably explain the coloration. But if you are worried, ask. As for you getting an erection, that probably won't happen. Most people are nervous when they have their penis checked, and the doctor won't handle it long, or any more than needed. The doctor may not even touch it at all if they don't have to. If your parent is in the room too, you can ask that they turn around.
