Can vitamin supplements be found in your urine?

A healthy dose of urea/uric acid. You are likely to find varying quantities of vitamins you ingest (such as Vitamic C). basically all except A D E and K since these are fat soluble and do not exit through urine. Sounds tasty!

Water soluble vitamins will be excreted in the urine. Lipid soluble vitamins are stored in the body (this is why lipid soluble vitamins can be over dosed on and cause serious medical issues if you take too much)
