I am 15 years old and I would like to know what is the perfect weight range for me being an athlete, I play basketball for my High School (I'm a freshman). I am 6'0" tall and weight 185 lbs, NOTE : I really don't want to be skinny! I am very strong and that helps me on my game. I play pretty much every position. I was obese before, I weighted over 230 lbs and i was 5'11" (past year) And then I started to play basketball and eat well and now I'm in 185 lbs, I also grew an inch in the 5 months of my weight loss.
