When a fire weather watch is issued, this indicates that the weather and environment can be conducive to wild fires. The air and ground is dry enough and the winds may be gustier than usual.

Usually, when fire watches/warnings or red flag watches/warnings are issued, the local governments ban any outdoor burning.

It is due to the rain on fire, when Adele set fire to the rain, it started raining fire so now the tv always says about a fire weather watch!
