Can a foreign born individual join Saudi Army ?
And the individual being a girl.. but is a citizen in Saudi Arabia. Don't want to join their own country's army because of some personal issues and what exactly would she have to do ? Where does she fill the forms and all ?

ya....ok....its hard for Saudi males themselves to join the armed forces. unless they are like 110% saudi from a bedawin family orrrrr u have personal contact in the ministry of defense or a family member who is a high ranked officer in the armed forces. im saudi i know. its a great country but corruption gets u moving in it in certain situations. hey, i love saudi, but have to admit its cons.
Source(s):
Grandfather was a war hero of the 1948 war in palestine. tried applying to the forces and got refused cuz my step-mom aint saudi. :D in the health field now studying in college.

If you are Saudi citizen then being born abroad is not a hindrance to join in Saudi army, but you must remember that a person working under Saudi defense force are not allowed to go out in the country without approval from his superior.
But since you are a girl, then so sorry to say that I didn't hear any woman working on the field as Saudi army.

I don't think any foreigner can join any army in the world. A female Saudi citizen maybe able to join the Saudi army in a non combat related duty.
