Why do people in love, expect too much from their partner?

Girls say they need a guy, who makes them feel special, who cares for them, who understands them. But do u understand and care the same way u are expecting from him?

Guys say they need a girl, who is hot, beautiful and sexy, not the one who is ugly with a beautiful heart.

People just keep on expecting, expecting and expecting?

Well, here expecting doesn't mean expecting a baby, lol.
