I have hair slightly past my shoulders and I really want it to grow long quickly. It feels really smooth and soft and healthy, but it just seems to take forever to grow. I only notice a tiny small difference over the course of like a year!
I need some advice on how to make it grow longer, faster. Only tell me things that you know definitely work!!
Healthy hair growth starts with good nutrition. Your hair needs certain nutrients to grow properly. This can be achieved by getting enough of the right fats, vitamins, and minerals from your diet, or from dietary supplements. There are also some other supplements that may also be able to help, like saw palmetto, Pygeum Africanum, MSM, and grape seed extract. I like Caribbean Hair Grow. You should talk to your doctor before you do, or take anything, and also do your own research (wikipedia, pubmed, etc.) as well. Hope this helps...
Do natural hair treatments like adding milk and honey in spray bottle and letting it set in your hair for 20 minutes and then washing and conditioning like you normally would. This treatment adds smoothness and tames frizz. I also recommend using about 3-5 drops of olive oil or biosilk serum in you hair every other day. Keeping away from heat tools and chemical dyes will help hair's healthiness. Using mild or natural shampoos and staying away from shampoos with harsh sulfates helps tremendously! Conditioning every other day keeps hair healthy. Having a healthy diet helps hair, skin, and weight too! These tips are sure to make your hair longer, stronger, and healthier!
You could take prenatal vitamins !
Like what pregnant woman take. But when you take it it makes hair grow faster, nails grow, and it can make you more fertile ! :)
