They have different kernel,R4i Gold 3DS
Card work with wood R4 kernel.They don't have more difference,They all
work with 3DS v2.1.0 and DSi v1.4.3 and support upgrade
firmware.Normally R4i Gold 3DS card is more expensive than R4i-SDHC 3DS Card.
We recommend R4i Gold 3DS, because usually its the first to support New Nintendo Consoles firmware upgrade and usually no need re-buy the card.
