Will my hair ever go back to being curly?
I started straightening my hair when i was in grade 7 because i really hated my natural curly/wavy hair. But now i am in grade 11 and I'm starting to realize i should embrace my natural hair. However i've noticed in the past 2 years or so my hair isn't as curly as it used to be. Now it's just wavy. Is this related to the use of heat? And if i stop applying heat to my hair for awhile will it go back to being more curly/wavy? Thanks in advance!
P.S my hair is thick, and isn't that damage as i try to take good care of it besides the fact of me straightening it.

Yeah I did the same thing. Just get a hair cut and don't straighten it anymore. It'll probably look pretty meh for a while but once it starts to grow out again it will be sooo much curlier and healthier.

my hair was usually just frizz pretty much, not wavey or curly, and then i started leaving my hair down using moose and hairspray, and now its naturally curly, but i am just straightning it, its kind of loosing its curl and frizz, u can try using moose and harispray after u wet your hair maybe it will be curly after a few months :)

Simply, yes it will. It may not look exactly like it was but it will go back curly if you can deal with the waves for a week or so.
