If you were solid muscle with 6=pack abs it would be great. In terms of health, as oppossed to just having a good BMI, where and how you carry your extra weight is probably more important than the number that the scale reflect back to you.
Carrying extra weight around the middle is associated with a number of metabolic issues, Metabolic Syndrome, and the path to diabetes. Since you don't have anything major around the middle yet, now is a good time to take a general food and caloric intake inventory. What types of foods and beverages are you taking in? Then work towards healthier alternatives. Now is a good time to start reading labels so that you are aware of just how much protein you are eating, if there are added sugars in the foods you are eating, how many grams of fiber you are eating in a day, and so on. It is also a good time to start learning how to cook from scratch without boxes, mixes, cans, jars, freezer bags, pouches, or frozen dinner trays. While you're at it, don't forget to stop by the produce department so that you are getting at least one fresh produce serving per day; ultimately, work yourself up to a good 5 per day. It is also a good time to start actively selecting brown starches over white.
As you middle widens, it would be a good thing to stop in at a doctor's too.
