I feel really guilty now because yesterday my mum and her friend decided that they were both going to go on a diet so me and my nan were given lots of sweets and crisps that they had in their cupboard, I ate a big bag of crisps (chips to you Americans and Canadians) to myself over a hour or so because i was doing work at the time to, I had just over a £1 size chocolate bar and a pack of pork scratchings and we got lots more to eat tomorrow, I decided i will no longer have salt on my chips (fries for you Americans and Canadians), No more sugar in my tea so no more tea altogether as it tastes nasty without sugar, No more sweets, Snacking and i never had desert anyway so i can't cut out desert -.-
I would like to go for daily walks but there is no where to go and there has been a lot of paedophiles in cars driving around lately, They tried to take 2 of my friends, Anyways, How else can i lose weight? How much weight will i lose by just cutting out all the junk food and sugar and salt etc etc?..
Also : Where i live there is no clubs or anything to join it's completely boring where i live :/
I'm 3 to 5 stone overweight by the way, All i want is a flat stomach and slimmer legs.
I do not go to school anymore because i was bullied so i chose to be home schooled in the middle of year 7 (or the first year of high school as some of you call it)
...That`s what I did when I was 14 years old and noticed I had a weight problem.I started in late April and by Sept.I looked good enough to get some boy-.attention.. when school started again in Sept... I asked my gym teacher at school to give me a bunch of excercises I could do over the summer.They worked and I lost 20 lbs from April to Sept. I also invented a soup with broth cubes and some vegetables i ate this a LOT....I am an adult now,much older and I still do those excercises.

This is very simple to help on. Okay just do 50 sit ups 20 push ups and jock in place for like 30 min or jog around in an open area in your house. You can also look up great ways to lose weight on your home on the Internet.
I have the same problem as you I guess but I can bench 130 do at least 25 push ups and 40 sit ups in a minuet. I did all that from doing just sit ups and push ups and I weigh 200 and I'm 14 also you can get involved in sports like me at the moment I'm doing P.E basketball and baseball is about to start and I have ROTC next year in school to help Lose weight.
