Ask a guy out, should I?

Ok so I'm in seventh grade and yup I'm a girl. There's this guy I really like. He is my friend and some of my close friends r close to him. Anyways they say he would say "yes."But like a month ago, we had this crazy thing where out friends were setting us up and they made me so when my friend asked him (didn't want her to) he said yes. Then he said no because I denied it. So then it became really awakward for a week or so but now we r back to friends.

A lot of people tease us like "ooo look there he is" or "u guys should just go out". And they say we look good together and we have some stuff in common. My friend (who is his best friend) is gonna ask him on Monday if he likes someone. If he doesn't, should I make a move? I'm scared because I don't want ppl to know first if he rejected me or then our friendship will get weirder.

Basically - Wat shuld i do?

Either ask him out or wait for him.Seventh grade is alittle young,but hey, I had a girlfriend when I was in seventh and now I'm in eighth.We boys get shy when it comes to asking out girls. For me over texts or e-mails it's the easiest.Just wondering if you will go out with me? My e-mail is [e-mail]. E-mail and I can answer any question you have because I was in seventh grade last year.

okay, the first rule in life you should definitely learn is that you never need to ask a guy out, even if he is shy. you have got to make him like you enough that he does the asking out, so then you know he is serious. all these friends getting involved is kind of immature. you know what you should do? you should get your friends to quit teasing, because it most likely makes him feel awkward and embarrassed. you have got to show him in your actions that you like him a lot, but DO NOT ASK HIM OUT!
