Signal boost ps3? ive only got 30% :(?

is there any way of boosting my wireless signal for my ps3 with out using a router? plz help ive only got 30%

either a stronger wireless router or a wireless gateway(if your provider has them, mine doesn't provide wireless unless you live outside the city lol). i just bought a cheap wireless router $14 at a PC repair shop( can't secure it but have adequate security on PC itself).

Does that mean you are using someone else's Wi-Fi signal? The best way to better your signal is to buy a better router, or a Wireless Repeater.

If you are using someone else's Wi-Fi signal, then take your PS3 outside, because Wi-Fi doesn't like going through walls, doors, ceilings, roofs, etc. It likes a straight shot from point A to point B. There is no other way to boost a Wi-Fi signal when not using your own router.
