I would continue to pump breastmilk atleast until your baby's original due date if possible. Breast milk is full of antibodies and would help your little one's immune system. But since you will be going back to work, maybe continue to pump when you can (even if its only twice a day) and then supplement with formula. A little is probably better than none at this point.
I had a preemie baby too. He was born at 34 weeks and 3 days, 5lbs 15oz. I pumped for 3 months and then switched to formula. He's now 4.5 months old and doing fabulous.

Breast milk is best.....Keep pumping when you can as often as you can..Your body will produce more milk the more you pump..Just pump and store pump and store..So when you go back to work and school you can still pump before you leave house and when you get home/go to bed..So at first you may not have as much milk until you get a good supply going(teaching you boobs to make lots of milk) it is fine to supplement with formula but at least for her own health give her breast milk when you can..even if only once a day..it is better than none at all

I breastfed both of my kids and the first one(12yrs ago) I worked and had school and found the time I supplemented her with formula during day but at night and in the morning I breastfed her..My now 18 month old I brest fed him 100% until he was 15 months old

People use formula all the time. It's better to give the baby breast milk when ever it's possible, but if you can't do it you can't do it.
