Is Red Bull bad for you?
If you drink Red Bull everyday, maybe twice a day is it bad for you? What can it do to you? Don't tell me it'll give you wings....

Not really.
Red bull contains high levels of caffeine which actually helps speed up the digestive process and has been known to facilitate weight loss. Many high-performance athletes take red bull to give them a better sense of awareness and play at a higher-intensity level.
On the other hand, caffeine is known to cause 'peaks' of energy, where two hours after consumption energy levels significantly drop off.
