Apparently, yes.
McCain is a citizen of Panama because he was born there - Panama sets the rules on who is a citizen of that country, and the rules are if you're born there, you're a citizen. Yes, he is clearly also a US citizen - though there has been considerable debate as to whether he is a natural born citizen.

At least Obama was born in the US. It may be that Kenya (which sets the rules on who is a citizen of Kenya) says Obama is automatically a citizen because his father was born there.

It appears that neither candidate has applied for citizenship in these foreign countries.

To run for president one must be over 35 and a natural born US citizen. Obama is 46 and he was born in Hawaii. End of story.

Hahahahaha - Your source is a JOKE. Under Kenyan Law Obama is eligible for Kenyan citizenship? So what? He never sought Kenyan citizenship. Under Irish law I am eligible for citizenship BUT I've never sought it...does that mean I'm automatically a citizen NOW? Of course not.

You're wrong about McCain. It's not his parents status that made him a citizen. Its his birth on a US base that gave him citizenship. You need to do more RESEARCH. You seem a bit fuzzy on how this all works.

Yes, "natural born"...that's why Schwarzenegger isn't eligible for the presidency.
