Trying to find sewing classes?

i applied to schools such as otis , fit because i want to major in fashion design. my drawing is good but its my sewing thats need more practice .do u guys know any places where i can take sewing classes,reasonable prices. where they offer sewing classes in new york city

Try your local Vocational Technical school. Any local high school would be able to find the phone number for them, and you could call and ask them about adult and continuing education in your area.

a few suggestions for where to look are the community section on craigslist.org - perhaps the classes link or ask about it in the general link. or you could look under services for people that offer sewing lessons.

you might check a community college. or a rec dept. not sure if any of this applies to nyc, but it's a thought anyway
