"Chat" is anything seen as being "not knowledge seeking", which is anything asking for thoughts or opinions, which is basically what the entire baby name section is about.
Try to word your questions in ways like "Is this a good name for a child?" "Is this a realistic name?" and so forth.
Make sure to have your Q&A PRIVATE so they can't scroll through questions and answers from history and have things removed from months ago, some users have been targeted this way.
Make sure to pass this onto your yahoo baby name buddies or even post it to your own profile.
