I would love to give a TED talk about the interviewing process. According to Top Grading's website, 70% of the time, employers hire the wrong candidate. That's because they focus on the small stuff like if a potential employee has a firm handshake or dresses the part. Those are easy problems to fix.
Always wanting to reveal the truth, my friend and I decided to begin filming a documentary. Hopefully, it will be completed in 2014.
